The dining scene is constantly in flux – this is especially the case for Shanghai with its plethora of fine dining opportunities and a melting pot of cuisines and cultures. In order to be aware of current and upcoming trends you either have to be in the thick of it or connect to those who set the trends of tomorrow.


Xuantai is thrilled to invite you to another Hospitality Forum on June 15th at Favola (Le Royal Meridien Hotel) to dive into current and future dining trends, connect with industry experts and enjoy some tasty food.


The event will feature three 10-minute keynote speeches, an introduction and tasting of food with a matching wine, a panel discussion as well as networking opportunities over canapes and drinks.

Kelley Lee | Entrepreneur (Sproutworks, Boxing Cat among others)

Kelley is a chef and entrepreneur from Los Angeles.  

A well-known Shanghai based restaurateur, she has opened several concepts in Shanghai and Beijing throughout her eleven-year tenure in China, among them Sproutworks, Boxing Cat Brewery and Liquid Laundry.


Bruno Ferrari | Chef and Industry Consultant (Bruno Ferrari Consulting)

Bruno is an Italian chef and entrepreneur with significant experience in food design and concept development.

After being Head Chef in Switzerland, Dubai, India and Shanghai, he now focuses on consulting the industry on trends and outlet concepts.  


Peter Chen | Executive Chef (Shanghai Supper Club)

Peter is an expert of Shanghai’s vibrant food scene. A chef since 2005, he specialized in French cuisine at Maison Pourcel (French Pavillon) and led his team to win consecutive prizes as Best French Restaurant in Shanghai.
